How to ask for app help

Include whether you use iPhone, Android or a browser, the app version and a problem description. Hide personal information in screenshots.

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private location links, coordinates or contact details. Immediate replies are not guaranteed.

Account, password and email

Use “Forgot password?” to recover access. In Settings, edit your name, email and password. Email changes require confirmation at the current address and verification of the new address.

Google and Outlook login require provider configuration. Never share credentials with support.

Calls and alerts

The button opens the dialer; you must confirm the call. Alerts are processed separately. “Accepted by provider” does not mean received by a contact.

WhatsApp requires opt-in and an approved template. Instagram requires completing manual sharing. Do not test with real police numbers.

Location and access requests

Check location permission and the last-position timestamp. Updates may pause with a closed app, locked screen or no internet.

A switched-off phone cannot be distinguished from an unresponsive app. No-response access requires prior permission for that contact.

Privacy and deletion

Read the privacy and data-deletion pages. Send data requests from the account email when possible. Ownership must be verified before changes.
